In the event of a tie between bracket entries, each winner will be assigned a number and the winner will be chosen using a random number generator.

All decisions by the Judges will be final and binding. Prize winner s will be required to respond to the notification or the Prize may be forfeited. NWF will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Decisions by NWF of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

If a prize or Affidavit is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable, is lost, rejected or faulty or if Sponsor does not receive a response from any potential winner within seven 7 business days of attempted notification, such winner may be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner.

Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize s.

Because these Rules form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest, please read them carefully. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with NWF, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the CONTEST, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Fairfax County, Virginia, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard for rules of conflicts of law.

Entrant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Entrants must not submit images that involve the willful harassment of wildlife or damage to the environment by the Entrant. NWF reserves the right to disqualify any Entry if it finds in its sole discretion that any of the foregoing warranties are not true. Decisions of NWF shall be final and binding. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

You try to turn back, to get back outside, but when you turn around the door is closed and locked. You yell for help but there is only silence. The room is dark and you look for a light source. You see a light switch and try to turn it on. Sadly the power is out. You are terrified but have no choice but to follow the long hallway to the three doors in the pitch black. Behind one door is a bottomless pit with no end.

Behind another door is an electric chair which you must sit in. Behind the last door is a pool full of acid. You must go in one of the rooms to the danger.

Which one should you go through? You creep up to the door, a little scared wondering what is behind the door. You go in and there is a long hallway leading out into a dark musty room with three doors. You should definitely go through the electric chair. Since the power is out, when you sit in the electric chair it will have no effect on you. How many are left? It's not like the two that were shot could get up and walk out! A mushroom!
