Which panera salads are gluten free

You would think they could do the same. Was just at my local Panera and ordered potato soup which the site says GF, but the employee said the only GF soup is chili. Can you confirm? Hey Melisa, So according to Panera, they have four different gluten-free soups. It could be that your local Panera is a franchise and they are offering a slightly modified menu.

In that case, I would go with what the employee is telling you. Only they would know what is getting put into their soup. Yes, I wish they had gluten free bread and that all of their employees would complete training to avoid cross contamination. I have always loved Panera Bread but since being diagnosed with gluten, egg and dairy allergies, it is difficult when ordering due to the lack of training.

I have found this issue at any Panera Bread that the young staff are not aware of what they should do to help you order. I usually can go to any restaurant and order a simple dinner.

I think some training, simple changes possibly use GF wraps and keeping an area for GF would benefit the business. If this means only offering a small amount of items, then the allergen individuals will know exactly what they can order.
